QC Manager

Job Description:

Oversee and monitor all on-site activity execution.
Ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to contract specifications, method statements (MS), and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Verify that inspection, testing, and measurement equipment is calibrated and up-to-date.
Confirm that all work complies with contract requirements, project specifications, and drawings.
Maintain and manage QC records and documentation, including method statements (MS), ITPs, and monthly reports.
Ensure all materials delivered to the site meet project specifications and requirements.
Conduct and attend audits.
Coordinate the project handover stage.
Manage the resolution and closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Lead and manage the quality team on the project.
