Job Description: –
1- Revise and overview the monthly report submitted by site Technical Offices for project reporting to evaluate progress and performance.
ensure compliance with set budget, quality, and schedule constraints, and undertake corrective measures or actions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations.
2- Revise monthly Reports for the submitted invoices for subcontractors and clients and working on the reason behind the variance between the submitted and the approved invoices.
3- Oversees and development the technical offices.
4- Collaborate with other management personnel, provide instructions to engineering teams, and ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget and according to the contract
5- Conduct research and development for new designs, products, and processes.
6- Recruiting and distribution of the technical office engineers amongst projects.
7- Determine the need for training and talent development for the technical engineers
8- Provide direction and manage technical office senior Managers, BIM manager, design manager, QS senior Manager in performing their delegated tasks.
9- Review all periodic performance reports prepared by Managers
10- Monitor progress, productivity and cost of technical office team with planning and cost control department
11- Take part in the Project Management review and Risk Management review.
