– Thoroughly review and analyze project documents to understand procurement requirements.
– Develop comprehensive project material package lists based on project specifications and requirements.
– Identify and nominate appropriate subcontractors and suppliers for project needs.
– Maintain effective communication with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain financial offers and technical submittals.
– Assess financial offers from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets.
– Analyse technical submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable agreements.
