Leading and managing the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of quality systems and processes throughout the organization. Also, ensures that the company meets quality standards set by regulatory and customer requirements. Ensuring that quality practices are in compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and objectives to ensure goals are achieved
- Lead and manage the Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Document Control teams.
- Managing the quality department to comply with international and national standard, codes, country regulations and the company requirements.
- Prepare and maintain the quality management system to measure effectiveness and efficiency of company management system.
- Create and conduct periodic internal audits for projects and company departments.
- Utilize statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in processes
- Ensure that standardized Quality Management System practices and procedures are maintained and implemented consistently across all projects to meet ISO 9001:2015.
- Prepare the quality documents for the new clients at the tender stage of the projects.
- Participate in clients’ meetings to rectify clients’ comments regarding projects specs
- Develop and implement quality training programs
