Job Summary: –
Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Job Description: –
1- Daily basis communication with all project’s stakeholders

2- Responsible for all technical approval/solutions before submitted files to execution.

3- Technical coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality.

4- Review and approve the financial requirements submitted by the consulting offices. 

5- Preparing follow-up reports, completion rates, and evaluating the advisory services provided.

6- Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.

7- Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule planning.

8- Review and study the contracts terms and conditions to ensure its compliance to the requirements.

9- Review and follow up the cost/schedule baseline and WBS

10- Reviewing with accurate studying for BOQ, Drawings and technical specifications submitted from contractors / sub-contractors and ensure its compatibility with designs needs.

11- Manage and coordinate all Supply Chain function disciplines including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection and materials management and logistics.

12- Technical following up and supervision of ongoing site works.

13- Reviewing and approving contractors and sub-contractors’ invoices.
