Job Summary: –
Lead, direct and oversee the construction planning and scheduling efforts and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Job Description: –
1- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the Project team and coordination with Clients.
2- Establish with the team performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met.
3- Interacts with customers at the technical level, if required
4- Develop and implement corporate project Controls policies and ensure they met industry standards and requirements
5- Develop and update corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory or client requested and operational requirements
6- Champion overall corporate project management implementation to align with strategic goals
7- Establish up to date reporting standards.
8- Identify, implement and maintain the complete control’s structure, tools and procedures needed for the program based on the contracting strategy, execution plan and the risks identified for different projects.
9- Review of monthly reporting and progress statements. Liaising with the finance department with regards to establishing monthly evaluation of work done for invoice preparation and verification.
10-Provide strategic guidance to the program controls team consistent with the different project’s execution strategy.
11-Review of compliance with the agreed project controls processes.
