Job Description
Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers |
Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained |
Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation |
Give advice in contractual matters (rights/obligations) and points of consideration to various departments in the company |
Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts |
Preparing Agreements with the Clients such as [ Memorandum of Understanding, SLA, Sub Contract Agreement] |
