Job Description

Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers
Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
Give advice in contractual matters (rights/obligations) and points of consideration to various departments in the company
Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts
Preparing Agreements with the Clients such as [ Memorandum of Understanding, SLA, Sub Contract Agreement]
